The existing structures consist of a boat ramp, public floating docks, breakwaters and bulkheads. The proposed work consists of removing and replacing the north breakwater, installing a new southern breakwater adjacent to the existing breakwater, removing and replacing the existing floating docks, metal ramp, piles, and removing and replacing portions of the existing bulkheads. Additionally, 1,400 cubic yards of material will be dredged within 0.19-acres of the existing boat landing. In detail:
