The applicant requests authorization to modify the existing commercial marina by expanding to add 2 additional floating docks for mooring. Specifically, the northernmost dock will be 8.1’ x 142.7’ and the southernmost floating dock will be 7.7’ b 87.5’. Each floating dock will be extended waterward approximately 50.3’ and 49.3’ respectively. The new docks are approximately 1,670’ to the opposite edge of the marsh grass.
