Daniel (Dan) Klingshirn serves as the Chief of Planning, Programs and Project Management Division (DPM) and Senior Civilian for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Charleston District. As DPM, he is responsible for programmatic oversight of the planning, design, and construction of Civil Works, Military Construction, and Interagency and International Services (IIS) projects.
