U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ (USACE) Charleston District promotes Dan Klingshirn to the Senior Civilian and Deputy District Engineer for Programs and Project Management (DPM) position, Feb. 8. He had been acting in the role since July 2025 when the previous senior civilian, Lisa Metheney, retired.
