The proposed work consists of the removal of four (4) of the existing floating docks and construct a new set of floating docks at the end of the existing pier. The new set of docks will have a 10’x 46’ main walkway with four (4) 8’ x 35’ fingers (2 on each side). The floating dock complex will be accessed by a 3’ x 24’ gangway. Two (2) of the existing floating docks are to remain and relocated 10’ waterward of their existing locations. The existing 10’ x 17’ kayak launch is to remain, and the existing 10’ x 10’ kayak floating dock is to be replaced with a new 10’ x 20’ handicap kayak launch. All existing 3’ x 20’ gangways are to remain or replaced with new 3’ x 20’ gangways. The existing covered pierhead is to remain, and all other existing decking, floats and pilings are to be repaired or replaced as necessary.
