The proposed work consists of impacts to a total of 48.02 acres of jurisdictional wetlands as part of the construction of the South Atlantic Logistics Terminal that will include multiple buildings to provide manufacturing, warehousing and distributions facilities and associated road/rail access and vehicle/trailer parking.
