Charleston District Commander Lt. Col. John Litz accepted an award from USACE Chief of Engineers Lt. Gen. Thomas Bostick on behalf of the Charleston District at the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Small Business Conference. The award was for awarding more than $4.3 million in contracts to AbilityOne nonprofit agencies.
