Lisa Metheney, Charleston District deputy district engineer, was recently honored with the Order of the Palmetto by Gov. Henry McMaster. The Order of the Palmetto is the highest award given by the state of South Carolina and this is the second time it has been awarded to someone in the Charleston District.
