What: The Charleston District will be holding a public meeting for the Folly Beach Shore Protection Project to educate the public and media about the project. Project managers will be available to answer questions. Interactive displays will also be available for attendees to get a hands-on experience.
When: Wednesday, February 19, from 4-7 p.m.

Why: The Folly Beach Shore Protection Project affects many residents and tourists to the area. The Charleston District wants to keep open communication with the public to help educate everyone about what a shore protection project is. The project manager will be available for interviews.
