The proposed work consists of the extension of an existing dock. In detail, the work consists of the addition of 12 slips to an existing dock. The extension will be 100 feet long and 78 feet wide. Each dock finger will be 35 feet long and 3 feet wide with the slips being 12 feet wide. The applicant has not proposed any mitigation. According to the applicant, the project purpose is to provide additional slips for transient boat parking.
