This REVISED public notice is resulting from new information provided by the applicant stating that the proposed work consists of a larger residential housing development referred to as the Peekson Tract.  The other phases within the Peekson Tract that are interdependent with the Peekson South project consist of work in uplands.  The impacts to wetlands have not changed. The applicant proposes to discharge fill material into 2.51 acres of waters of the United States, including wetlands, for the construction of roadways and infrastructure within the development.  The applicant’s Compensatory Mitigation proposal has been revised to the purchase of 27.57 mitigation credits from an approved mitigation bank.
