The proposed work consists of the construction of an advanced original equipment manufacturer (OEM) component assembly facility in the Upstate to support the electric vehicle sector. In detail, the proposed work will impact 1.158 acres of wetlands, 5.710 acres of ponds and 3,668 linear feet of tributaries.
