The proposed work consists of the relocation and reconfiguration of an existing marina. In detail, the applicant proposes to remove an existing marina and install a reconfigured marina at a different location on the property. The reconfigured marina will have a 10’x90’ fixed pier walkway leading to a 6’x72’ gangway that lands on a 10’x35’ floating dock. A 6’x280’ floating spine dock will provide access to 42 slips with 3’x20’ floating finger docks.
