The proposed work consists of 12.37 acre of freshwater wetland impacts for development of a single-family residential subdivision. In detail, the proposed project includes permanent impacts to 12.3 acres and temporary impacts to 0.07 acre of freshwater wetlands within an 835.6-acre portion of a tract in Berkely County. Permanent impacts proposed include 10.7 acres of fill and 1.6 acres of excavation for road crossings, stormwater management, lot establishment, and utility infrastructure. Temporary impacts include 0.07 acre of excavation and backfill to install a drainage pipeline.
