The proposed work consists of the discharge of fill material into 3.11 acres of wetlands, 1.94 acres of ponds (non-wetland waters), and 652.48 linear feet / 0.05-acre of linear systems (non-wetland waters) to construct an industrial warehouse facility. In detail, the facility includes six (6) warehouse buildings with loading docks, parking areas for trailers and personal vehicles, stormwater management facilities, and internal access roads. In total, the project would impact 5.10 acres of waters of the United States.
