The Charleston District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers proposes to reissue Regional General Permit Nos. SAC-RGP-02 through SAC-RGP-08. The revised Regional General Permits (RGPs) would be issued to South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) authorizing the discharge of dredged and/or fill material in waters of the U.S. and/or the placement of structures or performance of work in or affecting navigable waters of the United States, incidental to the improvement, expansion, or maintenance of existing linear transportation projects in waters of the U.S., within the State of South Carolina.
