The proposed work within Waters of the United States consists of the discharge of fill material within 28.5 acres, mechanized land clearing that would result in a discharge of fill material within 15.9 acres, and shading of 3.9 acres where additional bridging would occur.  In addition, piping and armoring would involve placement of fill material within 3,634 linear feet of non-wetland Waters of the United States.
