The proposed work consists of consists of constructing a master-planned residential community. In detail, 0.81 acre of jurisdictional freshwater wetlands will be filled to construct access roads and 0.18 acre of jurisdictional freshwater wetland will be temporarily impacted to trench utility lines in place. The 0.18 acre of jurisdictional wetland within the utility easement will be converted and maintained from a forested vegetative community to an emergent vegetative community. 2.33 acres of non-jurisdictional freshwater wetlands will be filled to construct access roads and for residential lots.
